Set 1 - Bear squat to prone step (30 seconds)
Set 2 - + Twisting reach (60 seconds)
Set 3 - + Bear squat toe tap (90 seconds)
Aim to have 15 - 30 seconds rest between sets adding each new movement into the sequence as you progress.
