"Tennessee Border" will provide an acoustic performance at the Exchange Place Fall Festival in Kingsport, Tennessee on Sunday 24 September 2017, 2:30 to 3:30 PM.
"Tennessee Border" is bluegrass and Americana band by young musicians participating in a street-side 2017 FunFest busking session on the sidewalk outside PJ's Antiques and adjacent to Mikado's outside serving area. "Busking Around The World" is an event of the 2017 FunFest in Kingsport, Tennessee held from 12 Noon till 5 PM on Saturday 15 July 2017. This video is from the "Appalachian Zone" for busking and features performance of five of the six teen musicians from "Tennessee Border" bluegrass band. My understanding is that all are current or former students at Kingsport's Doybns-Bennett High School where the band was formed.

The following descriptions are quoted from the Downtown Kingsport Association (event sponsor) FunFest promotional publication on social media:
"Busking Around The World revolves around the idea of promoting the talents of local performers (musicians, dancers, artists, craftspeople, entertainers, etc.) and encouraging more of a vibrant, walkable downtown area."
"The term "Busking" represents the age old tradition of street performing, where various forms of entertainers would play for tips on busy corners and sidewalks in downtown areas."
"This year we're expanding our mindset, incorporating a multi-cultural component that promotes diversity. So, we're going to represent and celebrate the many different cultures of the world. Crowds will be able to walk around downtown on July 15th and immerse themselves in the cuisine, entertainment, crafts, and atmosphere of numerous cultures from across the world."
