HOW TO COOK PERFECT RICE
Note: *Every 1 Cup of Rice will require 2 Cups of Water*
2 Cups of Rice
4 Cups of Water
Salt to taste
Pour rice in a medium sized pot, then add water.
Turn burner on High heat.
Add desired amount of salt for flavor.
When your water starts to boil, cover the pot, and bring the heat to a simmer.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes is up, remove from heat, and let sit for 5 minutes before uncovering.
Fluff with a large fork.
