This is a draft demo of CMI Y. Everything played here comes from only one instance with no external processing.

But this plugin recreates the sound and workflow of the CMI, a synthesizer introduced in 1979 by Fairlight. The beast used to cost $100,000 in today's money, it had a tactile screen (!) and was used by basically everyone who could afford it in the 80s.

The original had 8 channels instead of 16 here.
