Workaholism and hustle culture is literally killing you. It’s so normalized in our culture that people don’t talk about the consequences of being a workaholic. The inevitable depression, mental health issues, and even physical health issues are not worth wasting away years of your life to work. I share my experience dealing with workaholism and what it’s like coming out of it. The existential dread, feelings of guilt, they’re all part of healing.
