The ‘Dock To Dish’ organisation is working to change our relationship with seafood by supplying fish to local restaurants depending on what’s been caught locally instead of what’s on the menu. This community-supported fisheries programme is shaking up the seafood supply chain by connecting restaurants, chefs and fishermen.
