The skip over is a beginner to intermediate level whip cracking routine that involves a simple release over the arm. Once you are really confident with the skip over, you will find that it acts as a base pattern for many different variations and tricks. In this video, I go over the ten skip-over variations that I use the most, and quickly break down how to do them all.
