This is an acro yoga style or you can say that this is partner yoga..
But don’t try because of just watching video.
If you are a regular practitioner then you can try this moves.
In this video poses are like ustrasana(camelpose) on swiss ball and backbend..
You need so much strength in your back to hold just backbend without any support.
So kindly be careful while doing practicing or trying this moves.
