Lemon curd recipe in grams:
- 3 Whole Eggs
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 200 grams Sugar
- 140 grams Fresh Lemon Juice (measure the amount - you will probably need 3-4 lemons)
- The zest of 3 Lemons
- 80 grams of Butter
- 15 gr Corn Starch
