Here I am describing one of my advanced practices where I begin in a backward arch and then flip over into the front splits. Then I continue to extend my spine take hold of my rear ankle, gradually bringing my head towards my rear ankle.
In the video voiceover, I describe some of the pre-requisites you require to do this sort of practice and the types of muscle engagements you would need to make to make it safe and effective.
This is not for beginners.
