My Ultimate Home Gym Tour | Marathon Prep Ep. 4

In this video I take you on a tour around my home gym and explain what pieces of gym kit I have, what pieces of gym equipment I think are essential and what pieces of kit I really don't think you need. Let's just say I have a few bits and pieces I would and would not recommend.

With the growing interest in home and garage gyms, I just wanted to shed some light on what I think might be useful to anyone out there looking to start building their own.

For reference, my home gym is in a double garage conversion space so it fits around 5m by 5m.
