Ya! Another one of my favorite intermediate/advanced core stability exercises that also demands greatly on the shoulders and hips.
Let your gaze be whatever is comfortable for your neck. Be mindful of your shoulders and they can be vulnerable in this position. Move through your comfortable range of motion. Explode powerfully though your legs and glutes as you turn from side to side. You should have intermediate skill with static planks and basic crawls before attempting the half speed version of this, from there proceed to full speed. Be patient.
As always be sure to breath evenly, maintain neutral spine and pelvis, keep a relaxed face, and engaged core. Neck should be in a comfortable relaxed position. Feet should be planted on the ground under the knees, hip or shoulders distance apart. We are here to thrive and prosper, not injure. Be sure to practice being kind and mindful to yourself throughout.

My mission is uplifting, inspiring and empowering people - the real deep transformation comes from healing work I do with clients, but every bit helps, which is why I make simple videos just like this. Healing your body, is part of healing your mind, which is part of healing your life. Its all connected. Don't be overwhelmed, start somewhere, keep at it and continually adapt. You will be amazed and grateful you did.
