Homemaking during the holidays is truly the best. Follow me, today, as I spend the day at home making a new granola recipe (the Love Crunch granola dupe), practice a new sourdough method, decorate the house, put up my dried red raspberry leaves, and make a hot cocoa bar. Just all the Christmastime things today!

Love Crunch Granola Dupe Recipe

• 3 cups organic sprouted oats
• 1 cup peanuts (or Brazil nuts, chopped)
• 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
• 2 scoops collagen
• 2 tbs cacao powder
• 1/8 tsp sea salt
• 3/4 cup honey
• 3/4 cup peanut butter
• 3/4 cup melted butter
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Method
Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.

Combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk until smooth.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and combine until a wet granola mixture forms and it’s well combined.

Spread in a thin layer on a baking sheet and bake on the middle rack for 15 min.

Toss, then place back in the oven for another 10 min.

Remove and pour in a bowl (while still hot) and add half the chocolate chips. Stir so the chocolate chips melt into the warm granola.

Place the bowl in the fridge for 15 min to cool.

Remove the bowl from the fridge, toss, then add the rest of the chocolate chips and toss to combine.

Place bowl back in fridge for another 1 hour until the chocolate has set around the granola. Stir occasionally to disperse the heat.

Once cooled and set, transfer to an air tight container and enjoy within 1 week.
