Ingredients
200 g of crispy pork, cut into bite size
5-6 cloves of garlic
1 bowl of holy basil
3-4 spur chilies
1½ Tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of thin soy sauce
½ teaspoon of fish sauce
½ teaspoon golden mountain sauce
½Tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon White pepper
4 Tablespoons of water
1 Tablespoon of vegetable oil
