Chocolate filled avocado - LITERALLY. We've all seen chocolate avocado truffles, so this is really no different...ok, it is different but I honestly think it's better! LOL

....plus who can say they ate an avocado that contained 17g of protein?
This is brain food at it's finest! Be sure to choose a still firm avocado (not super soft but still ripe) and gently slice in half, then slice into quarters but don't slice the quarter all the way through - just enough to slice the skin not the flesh. Fill with my Chocolate Protein Fluff (see my story highlights how to make the fluff in my instagram.com/lilsipper profile) and close the avocado. Coat with hemp seeds then cut open and enjoy!
