In 2014 excavations began at the Kasta tomb outside Amphipolis in Greece. At the time, it was not known whom the tomb had been built for – an answer we are still waiting for in fact. This is the story of what finds were made in the tomb and what they might imply.
Ancient History makes illustrated short documentaries about the history of the ancient world – from the beginning of civilization to the fall of western Rome. (However, I don’t guarantee that I won’t do some excursions to the Byzantines and other intriguing aspects.)
