Perfectly light & fluffy homemade ladyfingers can be made quickly at home! Try this simple recipe and you’ll probably don’t want to go back to buy the stale ones at stores anymore. I’m sharing how to make it step-by-step as well as how to enjoy the variations and troubleshooting tips.
📌 4 Ingredients to make ladyfingers
One batch makes 32 - 34 ladyfingers. (about 4 inches long with 1 inch thickness.)
• Egg white: 4 eggs (135 g | 4.7 oz)
• Granulated sugar: 125 g | 4.4 oz (1/4 US cup)
• Egg yolk: 4 eggs
• Cake flour or All-purpose flour: 120 g | 4.2 oz (1 US cup)
• Powdered sugar: some
** For best results, measure ingredients with a scale. All recipes are designed with weighed ingredients using grams/ounces. Cup measurements are provided for your convenience. **
Bake at 390 F | 199 C for about 8 - 12 minutes until the surface gets nice golden brown and it bounces back gently when you touch it.
* Adjust the time and temperature accordingly, depending on the oven, the size and thickness of the ladyfingers, how fluffy/crispy you want them to be, etc.
