Game: Shovel Knight
System(s): NES, Famicom (ファミコン)
Composer(s): Jake Kaufman
The APU can produce five simultaneous channels, consisting of two square waves, one triangle wave, one noise generator, and one delta modulation channel. More info here: [ Ссылка ]
This is not an actual NES game, but if it were, its cartridge would include the VRC6 chip, which adds an additional two square waves and a sawtooth wave, giving the game a unique sound. More info here: [ Ссылка ]
How I did it:
- Obtain NSF: [ Ссылка ]
- Extract song/channels: [ Ссылка ]
- Render waveforms: [ Ссылка ]
Horizontal time is 25ms for each wave, and they are all normalized so they can be seen better.
Editing was done with DaVinci Resolve.
