The controversial Citizenship Amendment Bill gets a new turn in Tripura when BJP allied party IPFT General Secretary Suklacharan Noatia, condemned against the bill and said that the State Government wants to forcefully introduce the bill in the state and has created such a chaos.
Meanwhile, backing the Citizenship Amendment Bill, Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb said there is nothing wrong in passing the Bill by Lok Sabha as it would help the minority non-Muslim immigrants from Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Pakistan who were persecuted to get citizenship and there will be reactions coming in favour and against the bill as everyone as their own opinion towards it.
