This is the second session on Body Awareness in a series of awareness techniques that serve as building blocks for meditation practice.
The series overall covers three techniques:
1. Body awareness
2. Breath awareness
3. Observing your thoughts
The goal is to practice each of these which can be individually quite profound and can each deepen your level of spirituality, improve brain health and lead to greater psychological wholeness.
I recommend practicing each technique for a few weeks. This will deepen your ability to be aware and help you gain greater control of the mind.
Over time each technique settles into a type of building block for your own meditation practice.
