In this video, I will try to explain the concept of #SSO in general, and what's related to #Google #GSuite.
SSO is a method that helps you maintain a single source of identity and authentication for your users if you are using a lot of enterprise applications in your organization.
If you were in the situation where you have many applications, and for each app there is a separate users database that stores their identities and passwords, then that will be a bad situation for your users where they have to memorize each #password for each app. That is also a bad experience for them to have.
The solution is by using SSO. In G Suite you can configure it to work with either a third party identity provider (#IdP) or third party #ServiceProvider.
I'll explain the standard protocol that is used for this which is called #SAML. And then the concepts and requirements to get this done with G Suite and a third party IdP called Auth0 in this video!
