The Negroni might not be for everyone, but without Campari, this might change your mind. Give it a try! Created by bartender Wayne Collins while on a trip to Bordeaux to attend the Drinks International Cocktail Competiton. The story goes that while in a small town liquor store hunting for ingredients to make a Negroni with Plymouth Gin Director Nick Blacknell, the idea struck them to make a Negroni with French Ingredients. Et viola the White Negroni was born.
