Ukraine forces stopped OSCE from inspecting shelling
damage in a residential area in Kominternove. OSCE asked Ukraine to
not shoot at them when the were driving to the shelling site. Ukraine
would not guaranty they would not shoot at OSCE. CC tomorrow
