✨ To receive: Tune into the present moment. Breathe slowly. Promise yourself an open mind and heart. Be willing to receive. Notice any sensations in your body. Notice if you feel lighter, more clear. The words are not meant to be mentally understood. Listen softly with your minds eye, your intuition. This trains you to, over time, to be more available to listen to the world around you. With less frustration, and more of your senses. More of your heart. To be grounded in and listening to your physical body. While feeling more peace and loving presence for the world around you
