. ✳️ Ingredients :
🚨 Those are the measurements i used when i made it and it worked.
🔸2 Cups Cooked Moghrabiyeh
🔸6 Baby Onions
🔸400 G Spinach ( fresh or Frozen)
🚨Frozen Is easier
🔸1 1/2 Cup Chickpeas
🚨Use Cans If you have no time
🔸2 big Leeks
🔸2 TPS Olive Oil Or Ghee
🚨 Use Olive oil Keep the Fat for burgers 😉
🔸1 1/2TPS Ground Cumin
🔸1 TPS Ground Cinnamon
🔸1 Cinnamon Stick
🔸1 tsp Black pepper
🔸1tsp White Pepper
🔸1 TPS Salt
. ✳️Steps
1️⃣Heat a bit of Olive oil in a pan
🚨Don’t add Ghee ❌
2️⃣Throw baby onions cut in half
3️⃣Cut the leek in half, chop it then add it to the pan with the onions.
4️⃣Add the spices Cumin and Cinnamon and the Cinnamon Stick
5️⃣Add the spinach in the pan with the rest of the spices (white, black pepper and salt)
6️⃣When the spinach is cooked add the cooked Chickpeas with their water to the mix.
7️⃣ Add the moghrabiyeh pasta
8️⃣ Cook For 15 min on low heat
