Entrepreneurial organizations have two types of leaders at their helm: Visionaries and Integrators.
Visionaries are people who have lots of ideas, are typically very creative, and are great at solving problems. They are great with culture, big relationships, and innovation - and they also get bored really easily, which can be catastrophic when they are in charge of daily operations.
Integrators are people who create organizational clarity, communicate really well, keep people focused and unified, and managing the details. They're also great at prioritizing, and at removing obstacles and barriers for the major functions of the business.
Business owners need to decide if they are a Visionary or an Integrator. If you're a Visionary without an Integrator, your organization may be a bit chaotic, and you're probably not getting what you want out of your business.
