Commenting on the missile attack, a representative of the Russian Armed Forces said that the Ukrainian army continues to use residential areas of settlements and social facilities as its own cover.
So, on the outskirts of Kyiv, in the Vinogradar district, Ukrainian nationalist units covered residential buildings for several days and fired at Russian military personnel from multiple launch rocket systems. A surveillance drone clearly shows a Ukrainian multiple rocket launcher driving into a shopping center on the outskirts of Kyiv for cover after another salvo and reloading of missiles.
On the night of March 21, a battery of Ukrainian multiple rocket launchers and a storage base for their ammunition in an idle shopping center were destroyed by high-precision long-range weapons.
The representative of the Russian Armed Forces added that this is absolute evidence of the criminal use by the Kiev regime of civilian objects in residential areas of Ukrainian cities as firing positions for artillery and rocket systems.
