This patient presented with post-traumatic nasal deformity, he had a deviated and flat nasal dorsum with a Hump on the right side and the left nasal bone had a long slope. He also had a severely deviated nasal septum. The tip was ill-defined.
We corrected the Hump and did osteotomies with Asymmetric spreader grafts and a septoplasty to improve the patient's profile.
The results are at 1 month post-op. The swelling will continue to subside with time.
