Learn the other method for making shaggy rugs at home. In this tutorial, I've made a shag rug that I'm using as a wall decor. The method for making it is same as a floor rug.
I have another tutorial on shaggy rugs and that uses only crochet hook nd yarn. This however uses a latch hook with individual yarn pieces.

For the materials, you will need:

marker if you're drawing different patterns on the mat.
