As a child, one of my favorite rides was the Gravitron, so I built one and launched it to orbit. It turned out that locking the rotation of the wheel gave this orbital station an intermediate axis of rotation. I have no idea why the Kraken didn't visit, or how the station didn't tear itself to pieces.
