This quick meditation is ideal for a morning practice. Use it daily to connect with your intuition and to cultivate an inner state of grace and gratitude. Find a comfortable seat and a tall spine, ideally with your hips higher than your knees. Or if you prefer, you can do this quick morning meditation right when you wake up while you're lying down resting in bed. If you're lying in bed just be as comfortable as possible.
