An unbiased review of the documentary sugar v. fat by BBC. I found this documentary to be educational, entertaining and very unbiased for something so controversial. Although I don't agree with 100% of what was said in the documentary I definitely do think that in general it had some really great information and I definitely recommend it. Do keep in mind though that since this documentary only involves 2 individuals it provides no definitive results, but that was not the goal, the goal was to provide some insight in an interesting way. If you want a more definitive answer for questions then I definitely recommend doing your own research with much larger studies that involve hundreds or even thousands of participants.
