Our showcase reboot present a young patient who's primary concern is that her teeth "stick out" and she is unable to keep her mouth closed at rest. Because she is a minor, it was very important to disclose the pros and cons of each treatment option to both her and her parents. ⁠

We proceeded with the recommended plan to extract first premolars and close the spaces orthodontically. Overall, the treatment took 22 months and the patient was monitored for 18 months in post treatment retention . At the end of our retention period, the patient is still ecstatic about her smile and loves being able to keep her lips closed when relaxed. ⁠
