In the Philippines President Bongbong Marcos Jr. delivered his second State of the Union. The country faces many of the same challenges that we've seen other places grapple with globally: a need to jumpstart the economy and strengthen the health system after several years of the COVID pandemic. Marcos also discussed Manila's foreign policy.
