Welcome to the channel and Cities Skylines, The Natural Disasters DLC that was released late November 2016. The release included a free scenario editor. Scenarios introduce win targets that challenge your city building skills.
The Island Hopping scenario sets the objective to build a city of 250 000 population on an archipelago whilst dealing with tsunamis that can sweep across all the islands. Given the map only has a 21% build area (on 9 tiles) this scenario will require parts of the city to be built below sea level. Then along comes a tsunami.
Disaster Enabler Mod by Zenya enabled. This mod enables random disasters for scenarios and can be found on the Steam Workshop
