240hz with g-sync on is now working.
10bpc colour and HDR is on.

Games running without any flashing and variable refresh rate appears to be working correctly now, though noticed my desk light flashes while recording this.

Games looks much better in person, my camera makes the screen look washed out.

Running on a 3080 with ultra settings
