I think this may been one of the first "professional" videos I did when I listed and sold this Redondo Beach Golden Hills SFR at 1615 Armour Ln back in 2019. I was with a different brokerage then - today I'm an independent Redondo Beach Real Estate Broker.

I was never the guy looking to be in front of the camera but I've gotten great feedback on my videos over the past few years since I did this one - with a "guest star".

Here's what I wrote at the time"
