ingredients:

boneless chicken 250g
Salt 1/4 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Chinese salt 1/2 tsp (substitute chicken powder)
garlic powder 1/4 tsp
beaten egg 1/2
corn starch 2-3 tbsp

For sauce mixture:

water 3/4 cup
Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp
ketchup 2-3 tbsp
soy sauce 1/2 tbsp
white vinegar 1/2 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Chinese salt 1/2 tsp (substitute chicken powder)
sugar 1 tsp

oil for frying

oil 2 tbsp
garlic crushed 1 tsp
cashew 1/4 cup
dried red chilli 2
onion 1 small
small capsicum 1/2
small red bell pepper 1/2

for slurry:

corn starch 1-2 tbsp
water 2-3 tbsp

مكونات:

250 جرام دجاج مسحب
ملح 1/4 ملعقة صغيرة
1/4 ملعقة صغيرة
فلفل أسود 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة
ملح صيني (بديل مسحوق الدجاج)
1/4 ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق الثوم
بيضة مخفوقة 1/2
نشاء الذرة 2-3 ملاعق كبيرة

لخليط الصلصة:

3/4 كوب ماء
صلصة الفلفل الحار 1 ملعقة كبيرة
2-3 ملاعق كبيرة كاتشب
1/2 ملعقة كبيرة صلصة الصويا
1/2 ملعقة كبيرة خل أبيض
ملح 1/4 ملعقة صغيرة
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة ملح صيني (بديل مسحوق الدجاج) سكر 1 ملعقة صغيرة

زيت للقلي

زيت 2 ملعقة كبيرة
مسحوق الثوم 1 ملعقة صغيرة
1/4 كوب كاجو
الفلفل الأحمر المجفف 2
1 بصلة صغيرة
فليفلة صغيرة 1/2
فلفل أحمر صغير 1/2

للطين:

نشاء الذرة 1-2 ملاعق كبيرة
ماء 2-3 ملاعق كبيرة
