Lactation Specialist Jennifer Davidson walks us through the best way to bring your baby into the bed to nurse at night. This is a great way for mom to get some much-needed sleep while also being close to the baby, who in turn has easy access to the breast. You’ll just want to make sure the bed is safe, with a firmer mattress, not too many blankets, and some pillows for support. Having your baby nurse at night in bed with you is also a great way to keep your milk supply up.
