MIKE POWERS: Eide Bailly built our whole accounting department. When I hired Eide Bailly, it was just me doing bookkeeping. Our current controller came in as an AP specialist, and now she’s full controller of a $50 million a year company. Her whole training has been through one-on-one training with Eide Bailly. They’ve spent the time to not just check the work, but actually teach her what it means and how the numbers flow in one side and out the other and how one thing impacts different parts of the books. They’ve trained me on what overbilling means and underbilling and how to do projections. They’ve really been my whole education.
