This is how I spend a typical evening after working a traditional 9-5 job. I try to balance things out between being productive but also restful, and also between alone time and time with my spouse. Don't get me wrong, there are definitely days where I am feeling so burned out and depleted that all I do is have dinner, wash up, and watch tv until bedtime. Those type of days are needed too!
