Must stir continuously during the whole cooking time
1. Whisk 1 packet of MeeMee Tofu Powder with 200 ml of water until smooth and all lumps disappear.
2. Simmer 300 ml of water in a pot over medium heat.
3. Pour premixed mixture slowly into the simmering water while stirring continuously.
4. When the mixture is thicken, lower the heat to a low & cook for another 10 minutes or until thicken.
5. Pour the tofu mixture into a mold and let it set.
6. When tofu is set, cut into small strips to make Burmese tofu salad or
slice into 2 x 2 x 0.5 inches for deep fry.
