INGREDIENTS:
For the dough :
3 1/3 cups all purpose flour
3 tbsp sugar +1 tbsp
2 tsp active dry yeast
1 cup warm fresh milk or evaporated
1 egg
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp salt
for the filling:
125 grms (1/2 cup)softened unsalted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1/4 condensed milk
1 tbsp all purpose cream
