Angela Tucker says she felt incomplete growing up, even amid a big family with other siblings: some white, some black and adopted, like her. That changed after she found her birth mother at age 26. The discovery "helped me feel more whole," she says. Angela has started a mentorship program to help young adoptees build their own strong identities. VOA's Claire Morin-Gibourg reports.
