This is a total booty boosting strength workout in 10 minutes! If you want to build a strong and perky butt this workout will be perfect to add-on after your cardio sessions and/or in addition to your resistance training to help strengthen and boost your booty!
This is a no repeat workout which means we will only work through each exercise one time, so make the most of each set! We will work a variety of exercises to ensure we hit the glute medius, Maximus, and minus, for a well-round glute workout! Dumbbells and resistance bands are optional in this glutes workout! My band and I had a little argument during the workout 🤣 so I use it for some, but not all of the exercises! However, if your band is cooperative the band will be great to include!
Keep in mind that it will be important to stay consistent with your workouts no maximize the effects of strength training! Building muscle takes time, but including it in your training routine will be so beneficial! Increasing muscle mass makes everyday life tasks easier, it is an amazing stress reliever, and it will also increase your metabolism to name a few!
