For Black and Indigenous peoples of the 'Great White North,' this veneer belies a white supremacy as vicious as anywhere else. Since 2020, Black Class Action Secretariat has fought to take the federal government to task for rampant and systemic discrimination. The class action lawsuit seeks damages of $2.5 billion.
