AFROfitness is a fitness program that combines traditional African dance moves of intensity and duration, with contemporary dance moves.
It is aimed at improving our health,because the heart develops flexibility and endurance, and of course the tunes from African music creates a very lively and pleasant mood.
The class develops fluidity, a greater amplitude of movement as well as a freer, richer and more authentic movement while we explore different dance expressions.

What is afrobeat?
AfroBeat is a style of dance that came up in the 70’s, coming directly from the popular street dances in Africa; such as Kuduro, Azonto, Soukous, and more.
All these different genres are typically inspired by local tribal forms of dances that morphed into the creation of homemade party moves.
So come Join us! On this fun cultural journey through high-energy, rhythmic movements of the body.
