Fish tacos aren't the only thing rockfish is good for! Rockfish ceviche is probably my favorite way to prepare this delicious pacific northwest fish. Serve up some tepache cocktails with the ceviche and you're ready for a fiesta!

Jalapenos
Lime Juice
