#shorts Close up look at a nightguard that needs to be replaced. You can see all the wear and tear from a patient grinding their teeth every night. It’s a lower modified Gelb night guard that was made by Annalan Laboratory in Neptune City, NJ. It had 2 ball clasps to help hold it in place, but one has broken. It was also reinforced with metal wire since this patient tended to break all plastic night guards in the past.
