We are going to make some homemade cranberry juice with cinnamon and honey. This juice is loaded in powerful antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Like everything, drink it in moderation. If you drink too much cranberry juice you run the risk of getting kidney stones.

How to Make Cranberry Juice
6 cups water
1 - 12 oz (340 grams) package of cranberries
1 cinnamon stick
1/4 to 1/2 cup honey
Place the water in a pot and add the cranberries and cinnamon.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Cool down a bit and strain, making sure to squeeze the fruit inside the strainer with a spoon.
Add the honey and mix until dissolved.
Enjoy this now as a tea or refrigerate and drink cold, over ice.
